You will partner with clients to guide and solve complex and challenging transformational M&A deals, working end-to-end from pre-completion to large scale enterprise-wide integrations.

Experienceand a proven record of success in the following areas:
Leading strategic M&A and Carve-out projects - from pre-deal due diligence to post-close integration and separation planning
Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills, a solution-design thinking mindset with a strong background in leading multiple and complex client projects
