About the Role

Maintenance Manager – Location: K2, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada.Accountable for maintenance execution, workflow effectiveness and reliability partnership, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost‑effective plant operations. Provides direct leadership to all Maintenance Superintendents and maintains a dotted‑line relationship with Reliability to ensure alignment of asset strategies, preventative maintenance, and long‑term equipment health.
