Job Purpose
Maintenance Manager will lead the Maintenance department and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant equipment, utilities, and facilities. The role is responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown management, spare parts control, maintenance planning, team capability development, and continuous improvement of equipment performance to support plant production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Maintenance function for the plant

Ensure high equipment availability and minimum downtime across all production lines

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems

Drive fast and disciplined breakdown analysis, response, and closure

Plan maintenance manpower, shifts, and work allocation effectively

Monitor and control maintenance cost, spare consumption, and budget adherence
