Approve Production plan based on sales plan and monitor daily output with deviations highlighted. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the shift incharges/Engineers and monitoring the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and timely production while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. Monitors daily operations to identify and resolve problem areas relating to staffing, scheduling, tooling, EHS, quality and production line arrangement. Coordinate with other support functions and other plants for carbide requirements. Drive new product development initiatives to grow the business.
