Manager, Market Access – Private Payer

The Market Access Manager, Private Payer is responsible for the creation and execution of the Private Payer national reimbursement strategy for the Otsuka portfolio of products through all stages of the product life cycle. This professional will work closely with the Otsuka cross-functional Team to secure optimal Private access for Canadian patients to Otsuka medicines.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Canadian cross-functional team and, as necessary, Global Market Access and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team leaders to create and refine Canadian Private Payer reimbursement strategy and plans over the course of the product life cycle.
• Manages complete reimbursement process from submission preparation, meeting with key payors, negotiations, initial listing and on-going maintenance, improvement and/or protection of product listing status on all major Private payer formularies.
