What the role is
To support the implementation and co‑ordination of programmes and projects in the division to strengthen operations capabilities in ODP/Ops Cluster to analyse, collaborate and synergise in order to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiency on the ground.
Provide support in the administrative and functional duties of the Division.
What you will be working on- Support the ODP team in the collaborative work with Government Ministries, statutory boards/agencies and PA Divisions, ensure smooth execution, and work with COs on the implementation of the initiatives.
- Manage the day to day operation of the IT systems (e.g. GIMs, PRISM) to support ground operations and drive business processes, and work closely with PA ICT Division and system vendors to ensure smooth running of IT systems and dashboards.
