Manager Operations - Screening Utility Ops

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Operations - Transaction Monitoring.

In this role, you will:

• Build, lead, motivate and manage a team capable of handling both payment screening and name screening while establishing strong work ethics and open communication channels.
• Ensure work is organized, processed and completed within agreed timescales; continuously monitor and review workflow and priorities in accordance with procedures.
• Set, monitor and achieve process, productivity and quality targets to ensure optimal resource utilization and achieve business objectives and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Review procedural changes and new initiatives, fully communicate them to the team, and ensure implementation.
• Regularly review processes to identify improvements that enhance operational and financial effectiveness.
