Your Job

As Manager, Packaging Compliance, you will serve as the enterprise-wide owner of packaging compliance, driving governance, standardization, and risk-based decision-making across global operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring Molex meets evolving regulatory, sustainability, and customer requirements while enabling scalable and compliant packaging solutions across all business units.

Our Team

You will be part of the Centralized Packaging Design (CPD) team within Global Engineering Services (GES), based in Bangalore. This team partners closely with global product engineering teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and compliant packaging solutions that support Molex’s diverse industries and markets
