What you’ll do

• Manage a team of Analysts and Coordinators that support portfolios, studies, and projects managed by Interconnections & Power Calls.
• Set up I&PC studies or projects in SAP, provide tracking and reporting, update associated costs and revenue forecasts, and close studies and projects.
• Coordinate external billing per tariffs or standalone agreements, process invoice and payment requests between I&PC and Sundry Billing & Transactions, and track and report on associated payments.
• Support annual budgeting for Joint Use recovery billing, track and report costs and billings against the budget, and support reforecasting efforts.
• Determine and process inter-company recovery billing with TELUS per the Joint Use & Ownership Agreement (JOUA) with reporting from the Joint Use Administration System (JUAS); update associated recovery forecasts.
