Manager (Partnerships & Programmes)

(What the role is) The Manager (Partnerships & Programmes) is part of the People's Association's Central Singapore Community Development Council (CS CDC). The role exists to build a Do-Good district and help residents live a Better Life, foster vibrant communities and networks of partners within the district, and build and manage relationships while understanding the needs of the community. The Manager will conceptualise, strategise and manage community programmes, engage stakeholders such as the Purple Parade Organising Committee, persons with disabilities and their caregivers, and lead project management for large-scale signature programmes and national-level initiatives at the District level. The role also involves managing grants such as Purple Outing and WeCare Arts Fund, covering the full grants cycle from application to compliance reporting.
