Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensure timely support to all active programs for hardware and standard parts requirements.Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to maximize standardization and carry-over from the existing database through design reviews and actionable recommendations.Engage with stakeholders to define appropriate attributes for new part development, particularly for standard fasteners and standard parts.Expand the scope of standardization by incorporating additional commodities through active coordination with Centers of Excellence (CoEs).Conduct failure analysis in collaboration with Product Development and provide effective recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with key stakeholders—including Development, Sourcing, Plant Engineering, and Suppliers—to address new requirements efficiently.Perform periodic eBOM analysis to identify opportunities for enhanced standardization and recommend co...
