- Structuring and monitoring compliance with monthly, weekly and daily production plans
- Plan and calculate the production capacity of each product in conjoint with process engineering sector
- Responsible for planning, monitoring and delivery the demands requested by the commercial area within the required deadlines
- Maintain the management constantly actualized about production plans status
- Always seek optimization in the use of available human and material resources
- Follow Up the production status in the boards/screens in conjunction with the production managers
- Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly PCP meetings
- Generate Production Control and Planning (PCP) indicators reports
- Continuous focus in efficiency
