                ResponsibleforSobhainingacademyensuring employeestrainingandassessment. 
Ensuring/policingqualitycontrolparametersaremonitoredwiththeSobhaHartlandsitepremises. 
Responsibleforauditingof qualitysystemforalldepartments. 
Identifytrainingneedsinformthedepartmentheadsandcoordinatewiththeappropriatefunctionsfor fulfillingthetrainingrequirements. 
ActivelyparticipatinginQ& Tbriefingsandmeetings. 
ToprepareaQCPlan andensureimplementationduringtheproject 
Decide how often/at stages inspection is to be carried out as per inspection and test plan incoordinationwithclient/consultant. 
Agreesubcontractorqualityplanwithsubcontractorandensurethecompliancewithsubcontractorqualityplans. 
Prepare inspection checklist for each major trade (to be submitted along with the methodstatementifapplicable).
