As the Manager, Quality Assurance within the Security Services Branch, you will lead a specialised team responsible for ensuring incident reporting, operational practices and governance frameworks meet rigorous standards.

This role is central to strengthening accountability, compliance and continuous improvement across security operations, while maintaining alignment with legislative requirements, internal policies and best practice. You will also oversee critical compliance areas, including the Body Worn Camera framework, ensuring its effective and appropriate use in frontline security environments.
