Overview

The Real Estate Services (RES) team supplies multiple services to Mastercard’s core business – real estate transactions, workplace strategies, facilities management, capital project management, lease administration, and more. The team works globally to plan, execute, and optimize our enterprise’s occupancy needs.

Role

• Work with the Director of RES to develop real estate leasing/disposition strategies and implementation plans to manage business growth, improve workplace quality, drive cost savings, and optimize the real estate portfolio across North America.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across geographies to drive portfolio performance.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local leaders and business units to implement workplace management policies, processes, and best practices aligning regional service levels with global standards.
