Manager Regulatory

The Manager, Regulatory Affairs is accountable for overseeing the preparation, coordination, and submission of regulatory filings on behalf of CN. This role ensures the compilation of accurate documentation and timely responses to regulatory bodies, including Transport Canada, the Transportation Safety Board, and Labour Canada. The incumbent provides expert regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring the appropriate interpretation and application of relevant legislation. The position also supports the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs in government consultations, industry discussions, and the development, implementation, and revision of regulations, standards, rules, and exemptions that impact CN’s operations.
