What is Manager Retail Development & Digitization?
The role is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Agent Channel for the JazzCash, covering strategic planning, execution, and optimization of agent-led services. This includes cash-in, cash-out, OTC bill payments, collections, and driving mobile wallet growth through agent-assisted acquisitions. The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening the last-mile delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and driving digitization initiatives to enhance agent and customer experience.
