This role supports the design, execution, and administration of the organization's Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness programs. The incumbent will focus on daytoday operations, vendor coordination, data management, policy administration, and employee support.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, executing processes with accuracy, and enabling a bestinclass employee experience across all Total Rewards pillars.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Compensation Administration
Support annual compensation cycles—including budgeting, data validation, system readiness/support, and letter issuance.
Conduct job mapping, benchmarking exercises, and maintain internal compensation structures.
