Manager Risk Management

Job Purpose

To develop, implement, and oversee the company’s risk management framework in compliance with OJK and AFPI regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the organization while fostering a strong risk-aware culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments covering operational, credit, market, liquidity, compliance, strategic, and emerging risks.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), evaluate risk exposures, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective risk controls are established, maintained, and periodically reviewed.
• Prepare and submit risk-related regulatory reports to OJK and AFPI accurately and on time.
