Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead and mentor a team of managers & software engineers. This role requires a strong technical background with proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software for complex products and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall technical direction, performance, and growth of the engineering team while actively contributing to the development of key software components.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6 years in a team lead or management role.
Strong proficiency in Java, REST APIs, Web Services, Hibernate, Spring frameworks, and Angular
