Job Description
The role of Manager, Taxation will be primarily to assist the Director and Vice President of Tax by ensuring tax compliance and operations matters are appropriately addressed, including BAU compliance (across all Australian taxes), tax due diligence, tax risk management and revenue authority activity (as required) for BPG.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and growth as a Tax professional in a highly dynamic and challenging work environment.
What you'll do
Support the Tax Director and Tax VP as required
Assistance across all areas of “BAU” taxes including Income tax, GST, Pillar 2, International tax matters (e.g. Transfer Pricing and Hybrids), payroll, FBT
Assistance with preparation of annual income tax returns, review quarterly distributions, and coordinate various compliance engagements with external advisors (which feed into positions adopted in the tax returns – e.g. thin capitalisat...
