About the Role
As a Tax Manager in the Domestic Tax team, you will work with a range of clients across industries, collaborating with colleagues in Assurance, Advisory, and Specialty Tax. Your focus will be on corporate tax planning, helping clients achieve tax savings and navigate complex tax matters.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and mentoring a team of tax colleagues on compliance and tax planning options.
- Building and maintaining deep trusting relationships with clients while advising them on complex tax matters.
- Preparing files for corporate reorganizations, rollovers, windups, amalgamations, succession and estate planning, and managing T2 and T3 returns.
- Proactively resolving tax–related issues with clients and team members.
- Leading the growth of our tax practice, identifying and developing new opportunities for additional tax services.
