**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Own the overall roadmap, and execution for ServiceNow projects , ensuring project is executed on time with quality
+ Lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable ServiceNow solutions and workflows. Oversee ServiceNow custom development, scripting, debugging, troubleshooting and high-availability deployments.
