Manager, Trade Compliance

Position Summary:
The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US and Mexican Customs regulations for Regal Rexnord's maquiladora operation in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon Mexico.
This includes but is not limited to: HTS Classification, Valuation, Origin Management, Annex 24 and Annex 30 control, Fixed Assets controls, Broker management as applicable, transaction auditing, recordkeeping, policies and procedures, and related training
Major Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.
- Consistently review any law or regulations changes and their impact to the operation.
Communicate to stakeholders accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date automated accounting of all trade cargo data (imports, bills of materials, and exports) to ensure inventories in the Annex 24 match ERP system and physical inventories.
