Manager, Workday Lead

THE ORGANISATION 
We are working with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Workday P&C Lead for a 9-month contract opportunity supporting a major HR transformation program. This is a critical role within a large-scale Workday implementation, offering the opportunity to play a hands-on leadership role across the full program lifecycle from design and configuration through to testing and go-live.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE. 
THE ROLE 
Embedded within the P&C function, this role will provide functional leadership across all phases of the Workday implementation while driving business readiness, adoption and successful deployment across the organisation. You will act as the Lead for Workday HCM across the implementation program and partner with implementation vendors and Technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
