About the Team 

Coach and mentor leadership to create a Lean culture.
Ensuring cascaded communication, request/bundle feedback from the plants, represents governance function and support of regions/divisions.
What can you look forward to as Manager ZF Production System
Enhance/Build up a strong ZF PS organization in the ZF to provide lean expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all hierarchy levels in x-functions and plants.

Ensure and prioritize cross-divisional ZF PS activities, support and resource sharing

Lead, develop and implement globally ZF PS key topics/methods incl. ZF PS Way, CIS, Lean goes digital and Lean Indirect including coordination and optimization of x-functions regarding ZF PS based on a cascadable corporate operations and ZF PS Road Map

Act as role model for ZF PS (incl. coaching/ mentoring)
