Manager/Senior Manager - Investor Relations

This role acts as the primary link between the business and its investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely communication. It supports investor confidence, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation through strategic investor engagement.

The client is a large, diversified organisation operating at group level with exposure to capital markets and publicly listed entities. It maintains a strong focus on governance, transparency, and strategic growth across its portfolio.

• Act as the main point of contact for current and prospective shareholders, analysts, and financial media
• Develop and manage investor communication strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
• Organise investor conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and annual general meetings
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations
