Job Responsibilities:
Consulting, Valuations and Research Assignments
- Executing the Consulting assignments for Real Estate including Highest and the best use study, financial feasibility study, Development option Study, Business strategy, asset monetization strategy, transaction advisory etc.
- Real Estate Valuation reports for various financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals. Be able to efficiently communicate the outcome with the market trends, the relevant data points and the assumptions
- Churning out the research-focused studies such India economic reports, real estate market trends analysis, industry chapters (part of DRHPs of the IPOs - Real Estate companies)
Other Peripheral Tasks
- Updating the DCR knowledge and bylaws periodically
- Site visits as and when required
- Updating the database with the real estate trends in various real estate markets.
