A high-performing financial planning business in Central London is looking for a Managing Director to bring clarity, cohesion and operational excellence to its next phase.
The brief is strategic and operational. You’ll:
- Align advisers and operations around a shared direction
- Strengthen governance, risk and process
- Bring consistency and accountability across teams
- Embed a clear strategic narrative internally
This isn’t purely a financial turnaround brief - the focus is on culture, cohesion and delivery. You’ll be creating an environment where advisers and operational teams move in the same direction.
Alongside a base salary of up to £160,000 there is meaningful, performance‑linked upside (five figures per annum) aligned to successful delivery of the mandate.
