This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an experienced executive who can lead a respected technical business through its next phase of commercial, operational and organisational development.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Owner and Board to strengthen performance, improve operational discipline, build leadership capability and shape a clear strategic plan. A key medium-term objective will be to support the Owner in preparing the business for sale and delivering a successful transaction within the next three years. This could via trade sale or mechanisms such as an MBO or Employee Ownership Trust.
