**Manufacturing Cell Processing Team Lead**
**Winston-Salem, NC (Onsite)**
**Hiring 2 Team Leads | Basic relocation package available, direct hire roles**
**Compensation & Schedule**
+ **$34 – $44/hour**
+ **8% bonus + equity eligibility**
+ **Approximately 10 hours overtime weekly**
+ **Rotating Saturdays every 6 weeks**
+ **Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential**
**Shift Options**
+ **Shift A: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**
+ **Shift B: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**
**Higher pay range targeted toward candidates with 8–10 years of experience and prior lead or training responsibilities.**
