Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support tasks, including receiving product into the JDE database and providing support to the Plant Manager, Human Resources, and Health, Safety & Environment team as needed. Responsibilities
- Receiving of finished goods, raw goods, and supplies
- Work with Accounts Payable and Purchasing Agent to resolve any issues or discrepancies once invoices are received
- Reconcile shipments and coordinate with carriers
- Accurately enter received products into JDE in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory of finished goods and raw materials and analyze variances and report findings
- Production planning and Work Orders reconciliation
