Manufacturing Engineer (ABSI)

Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, he is responsible for coordinating, designing and developing new product introduction plans under customer specifications or sales requirements.Interacts with other Engineering and Sales groups to define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret assembly and test requirements for products, systems, or components.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical assembly and testing strategies, and procedures based on customer requirements.
• Problem solving in the product using the following methodologies: Ishikawa Diagrams, Cause-Effect Analysis, Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Flowcharts, 5 Whys.
• Troubleshooting the product and coordinating it with the following areas: Receipt, Receipt Inspection, Warehouse, Production, Shipping, as the problem applies.
