**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Associate for the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineer Associate you will be responsible for creating and implementing Manufacturing Process Plans, designing tooling, and supporting production operators.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and implement Manufacturing Process Plans (MPPs) for electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
+ Design tooling, support equipment, and process flows using drafting and software tools.
+ Provide technical guidance to manufacturing operators to improve assembly performance.
+ Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields.
+ Investigate root causes of failures/defects and drive corrective actions.
