Main Functions:
- Is a process leader for assembly and kitting or other TE manufacturing processes, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output.
- Is an expert in assembly, kitting, line balance, lay out design and process documentation.
- Possesses an extensive knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes, which may include the optimization and standardization of assembly, kitting processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Aligns the TE BU plants to reach TEOA requirements, rolls out CoE and Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP's) and advises plants on duplications / corrections / improvements.
- Designs and develops manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms and applies these for the realization of optimization of existing products already in production.
