Main Responsibilities:
Develop and update working instructions to standardize the work and safe use of equipment.
Develop PPAP documents and dynamically maintain it, including PFMEA, CP, and PFC. Responsible for ensuring that all these are reviewed, understood, and approved.
Use IE tools to find the opportunities to increase the line efficiency and improve line speed balance.
Lead the manufacturing process change with product/process change until physical completion.
