Job Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Industrialization, Tooling & Performance to support the implementation and ramp‑up of a new aeroderivative engine program based on the CFM56‑5B.

This role focuses on how defined manufacturing processes are executed at scale, ensuring that tools, equipment, layouts, and assembly methods enable safe, efficient, and repeatable execution at target rate, cost, and safety performance.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be a hands‑on presence on the shop floor, closely following engines through assembly and conversion, working directly with aerotechnicians to capture feedback first‑hand and introduce practical improvements to tooling, sequencing, and execution.
