We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Launches responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering changes and new product development from concept through Start of Production (SOP). This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient manufacturing processes aligned with quality, safety, and productivity objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage engineering changes from concept through release to Production, coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, Finance, and Engineering.
- Administer and track systems related to engineering changes (PLM, QAD, Prolink, and customer portals).
- Maintain overall control of engineering changes (quotation, in-process, implemented, and canceled).
- Develop block diagrams, project layouts, and process documentation.
- Support achievement of production KPIs such as OEE, scrap, and production rates.
