The Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer background) will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving tooling systems while ensuring periodic maintenance of mechanical equipment in the manufacturing facility. This role supports production efficiency, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Duties Tooling Design & Management- Design, develop, and maintain jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support production.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure tooling meets product and process requirements.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical failures quickly.
