We’re supporting a clean-tech engineering organization based in Mississauga developing next‑generation technology focused on improving energy efficiency in commercial and industrial environments.

This is a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer role suited for an early‑career engineer who wants broad exposure across manufacturing, production support, and cross‑functional engineering operations in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing and production engineering activities across prototype, pilot, and production builds
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, assembly procedures, inspection criteria, test processes)
• Support troubleshooting on the production floor and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions
