Manufacturing Engineer

**Job Summary**:Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:**Qualifications**- Methodically analyze assembly processes and drive cost and investment estimations, establish and ensure consistent and efficient flow to optimize manpower to meet quality targets in a high volume production environment.
- Evaluate and conceptualize estimations for future process or changes of current process to improve tooling, work holding and ergonomic opportunities to support production in this fast paced setting.
- Serves as primary liaison with cross-function Product Development Teams providing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) input for new products, and acting as the primary interface and transition of new product to a full production environment.
