2nd shift (Night Shift)

• Optimize manufacturing methods (Continuous improvements).
• Analyze all possible root causes of any manufacturing problem to find and establish the best solution to meet time, cost and safety.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process job instructions (SOP).
• Provide complete, clear and precise information for all assigned products.
• Accountable for ensuring assigned products’ key process indicators (Daily Management).
• Ability to make proposal cost reduction projects.
• Qualification and validation of all new operations and processes including DOEs, validation protocol writing, execution, data analysis and executive summary reports.
• Support new product development and help ensure a smooth transition into production.
