Role Purpose Design and develop manufacturing processes that ensure capacity, stability, quality, productivity, and safety for both current processes and new programs. This role is highly operational, with strong shop-floor presence, focusing on process feasibility, standardization, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyze project quotation data to establish technical and operational objectives. Design manufacturing processes aligned with production feasibility and requirements. Develop production processes that meet quality, capacity, and productivity targets using standard operating methods and proper machine setup. Standardize processes across similar operations and different machines to reduce tooling and equipment inventory while simplifying setup and operation.
