Lead and manage a team of process engineers responsible for assembly, cable assembly, molding/over molding, and manufacturing processes for power connectors and cable assemblies.Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Process Engineer, Molding/Over molding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process EngineerEnsure strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test Engineering teamsDrive consistent application of DFM and DFA to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalabilityOwnership of process engineering execution across assembly, cable assembly, and molding/over molding technologiesAuthority to provide consolidated DFM/DFA input to Product Development and Engineering leadership
