Overview: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Alexandria, MN. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing operations through process development, engineering change management, prototype support, and production documentation. 

This role manages Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) originating from manufacturing, engineering, and customer-driven requirements while helping ensure efficient, accurate, and repeatable production processes. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician II works closely with production personnel, engineering teams, and CAD technicians to support assembly operations, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
