Job Summary
The Manufacturing Improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting organizational quality performance through accurate KPI reporting, trend analysis, mold quality reviews, oversight of the CI/NC (EPICS) program, and control of quality documentation. This role ensures data-driven decision making, high standards of workmanship, and continuous improvement across all departments. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaboratively influence process improvements.
