The Role

As the Manufacturing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our proprietary PVD‑based manufacturing process from lab‑scale to full industrial production. You will be working closely with our CTO and can take full ownership of scaling our manufacturing operations.

Because scaling requires significant on‑the‑ground presence, this role involves travel to our pilot and partner facilities. You will act as BTRY’s primary representative in the field, making independent technical decisions that drive us toward mass manufacturing.
