Manufacturing Lead: Lean Ops, Quality & Team Growth

SYNNEX Corporation is looking for a Manufacturing Lead in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, to lead and coordinate production associates in achieving production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, conducting team meetings, and training associates on production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of Team Leader experience in a manufacturing environment, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of production monitoring. A high school diploma is preferred, and the ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
