Manufacturing Manager (Printed Circuit Boards)

Location: Dorval (QC) Company: AAA Canada (on behalf of a major aerospace player) Type: Permanent.

The incumbent will manage 80 people (through 3 supervisors and team leads), both unionized and non-unionized, exercising leadership in accountability, supervision and communication. They will be able to establish an organizational structure to meet monthly objectives. They plan and implement detailed production plans to ensure on-time deliveries to internal and external customers. They supervise team leaders and a number of unionized employees and have full responsibility for their operational budget including labour levels, direct and indirect costs, and equipment. They hold product meetings with program and product managers and provide information about their Operations area to business unit leaders.
