Manufacturing Operator — Rotating Shifts, Temp-to-Perm

Working Hours

• Rotational shift pattern: 4 on (2 days and 2 nights 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am) 4 off

Hourly Rate

• £13.25p/h – increasing to £14.72p/h after 12 weeks

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and report any machine defects/problems to the Team Leader/Production Manager
• Operating machinery and any other equipment
• Placing finished good onto pallets at high frequency and assisting with packing products
• Ensuring PPE is worn at all times
• Operating first line maintenance on machinery where required
• General housekeeping within departments and ensuring a good level is maintained
